Enquiries are delivered to our business account when notifications are configured; the hosting/form provider may process them as a service provider. We do not sell enquiry details. Where needed to fulfil your work, relevant information may be shared with appropriate subcontractors or service providers. A separate privacy review will be completed before any optional analytics or marketing integrations are introduced.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, administration, legal obligations and potential disputes. Once no longer needed, we delete it securely. Specific retention periods may vary depending on whether an enquiry results in a job, invoice or statutory record.
